Teamwork is my favorite program for keeping my business organized and increasing my productivity! You can use Teamwork’s project management software via the cloud or your desktop to not only manage your tasks but also organize client info, collaborate with others, and utilize the timer app (which is how I track all of my billable time).

Canva is hands-down the easiest way to create beautiful graphics, making design fast and easy. Choose from millions of photos and thousands of templates to create anything from videos to websites.

Dropbox Logo

With Dropbox you can easily store and share files that you can access from any device. It’s free to use or you can upgrade if you need additional space. It’s another great tool for collaborating with clients and colleagues, especially when you need to share files that are too big to email!

Not exactly a business tool, but as a busy working mom, I’m all about efficiency! Grove Collaborative makes purchasing healthy home essentials so easy and affordable. I buy all my household products (safe cleaning supplies, natural hand and dish soaps, tree-free napkins, etc.), several personal care and clean beauty products from Grove. They price match, but I’ve never used this feature since I find their prices to be the same or lower than Target, which is where I used to shop.
